We are quite new to the area, we moved here, 31st August 2017, from Edinburgh after many wonderful years working for Lothian Borders Police. Gordon, my partner, was a police officer for most of his service finishing his last few years as a sergeant. I worked on the civilian side as a legal document officer for more than 20 years. We had always said once we retired we would move to Pitlochry to run a Bed and Breakfast, and our Beautiful coach house was an extra bonus.
Although we are new to this type of business, I grew up doing many different jobs before working for the police, mostly in hotels and catering, so I do have a vast knowledge of how to look after guests.
Our main aim is to make you as comfortable as possible and hopefully what we have done with the cottage ticks all the boxes, all mod cons, gas central heating, and a beautiful large enclosed garden, where, if you are bringing your fur baby, he or she can run about safely to their heart's content.
There are many things to see and do in Pitlochry, including the Salmon run or for the more adventurous, further up the road is the bungee swing, there are many beautiful walks, lovely shops and really nice restaurants.
All in all we hope you have a wonderful stay, and if you need anything, please ask myself or Gordon and where possible we will oblige.
